• The Dock: Your private 35-foot dock with a boat lift provides immediate access to water activities such as boating, fishing, swimming, or simply relaxing. The boat lift accommodates up to 14,000 lbs, making it easy to have your boat or yacht ready right outside your door. The waterway is 20 feet deep and 100 feet wide, suitable for large sailboats or yachts. With a drawbridge just 1000 yards from the dock, tall vessels can travel quickly between the Ocean and Florida Bay. Gas, bait, and tackle shops are conveniently located before the bridge.
• Founders Park: Just 3,000 feet from the house, Founders Park offers free entry with your rental contract. Enjoy the beach, walking paths, and family playgrounds. For a small fee, you can access the Olympic-sized pool with diving boards, lap lanes, and a splash pad for kids. The park also has a boat ramp for a nominal fee ($3 per person for pool access, $20 for boat launch/loading). For larger boats, the Harry Harris Boat Ramp at mile marker 92.5 is just 6.5 miles away.
