Born and raised in the Florida Keys, I have deep roots in this beautiful region, which fuels my love and passion for it. After high school, I pursued a Master’s in Hospitality and gained experience at some of the top resorts, culminating my hotelier career at Cheeca Lodge. During this journey, I met my husband, Nate, and together we've built a life and a business.

With over 21 years of combined industry experience, our 17-year-old company is a true testament to our dedication. In addition, we pride ourselves on exceeding your expectations through customizable concierge services. These include pre-arrival arrangements, private chefs, event planning, and more.

When we’re not working, we love exploring the islands on wave runners, spending time with our three daughters, and appreciating the beauty of these spectacular islands. Every day, we strive to share the same sense of wonder with our guests that we feel lucky enough to experience ourselves.
