50% of total, is due 120 days prior to arrival and remaining balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. If booking within 16 weeks of arrival date payment is due in full upon booking.

The house is beautiful inside and out. It’s modern, comfortable and elegantly decorated. The views from the main floor and the outdoor space on the 3rd floor are spectacular. We enjoyed the pool and my son enjoyed fishing from the dock. Just a beautiful house in a beautiful location
