The master bedroom has a king with 65” TV and walk in closet. The master ensuite bathroom has a shower. -The kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster oven, stove, oven, Keurig, microwave, plates, and utensils. -Washer & Dryer -Dock can fit up to 30' boat with 3'-4' draft. Dock also has a tiki and swim platform -Heated pool -Outdoor gas grill and outdoor seating area. -Enough parking for several vehicles. -No Pets. -Minimum 28day rental. Rentals longer than 28 days will have additional cleaning fees. ***Reservation Deposits & Payment Due Dates: A security deposit of $2500.00 is required at time of booking to hold the reservation. 50% of total, is due 120 days prior to arrival and remaining balance is due 90 days prior to arrival***
